Online Visible provides services in web design, websites, SEO, online marketing, Google Ads and social media marketing.

Quotes

All quotes are without obligation unless stated otherwise.

Payments

Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment term.

Delivery

We aim to deliver projects on time. Delays caused by external factors fall outside our responsibility.

Liability

Online Visible is not liable for indirect damage, loss of revenue or consequential damage.

Changes

Extra work outside the original agreement may be invoiced separately.

Hosting and maintenance

Where applicable, clients are responsible for paying for their hosting and domain names on time.

Intellectual property

Designs and websites remain the property of Online Visible until full payment has been received.

Governing law

Dutch law applies to all services and agreements.
